That's Keaton's chest plate from Batman Returns. The scaled armor also looks similar to Batman Returns. It will probably be an updated and more heavily armored Bat suit based on the basic 1989/1992 designs.

A leaked Flash promo apparently showed Keaton, Miller, and Calle in action. Plus there was a fourth character that hasn't been identified yet.

So Michael Keaton will be reprising his Batman role in The Flash and will again appear as the Vulture in Spider-Man: Far From Home. He's appearing in both the first multiverse films from DC and Marvel. CBM Legend.
