Don't even think it, Slater, you hear me? You're gonna sit and wait for the real hostage negotiator! God damn it, Jack, I'm talking to you! The last time you pulled this jive, jitterbug, tough gonad shit, people lost body parts!

Didn’t realize he was in that many roles, albeit small ones. Last Action Hero was definitely his most memorable though. R.I.P.

I remember him the most from Licence to Kill. Compliments of Sharkey. Rest in peace.

Man, he'll definitely be missed. I loved that guy. Every film I saw him in he was great. I always liked Used Cars and 1941 in particular (as well as Last Action Hero).

He was great as Captain Haden in 48 Hrs. Not too many other actors could scream and yell at full anger better than him, and then say "You go fuck yourself, convict!" and make it so memorable.

Such a great character actor. He was fun to watch in everything he did.
He was awesome in Lock Up and Loaded Weapon 1.

Wonderful performer I watch regularly - I still think he'll get away with it every time I watch 'Dillinger' (1973), that's the power of his performance even so early in his career.
Rest easy, Sir.

When Timothy Dalton heard that McRae had died, he shot a guy with a spear gun.
