Well of course the title is based on the Rocky song. But it's an 80's action film starring Gary Busey. Any of you ever seen it?
Based on the trailer, it doesn't look like a bad cliched action B-movie. Kind of looks like something Chuck Norris would make.

I've seen it but it's a blur.

Don't think I've seen it, but who knows? It's Gary Busey in revenge mode, so it's probably good for lots of unintentional laughs. Might be worth checking out.
This does beg the question, how many films have been based on the theme song from a completely different movie?

I'll forever remember this as the movie where Gary Busey interrogates a hospitalized man by shoving fake dynamite up his ass, causing the guy to have a heart attack and die.
