I don't want to sound like a dick but I've got little to no interest in cinema before 1950. It's just a personal choice. Movies from those eras seem really dated.

I don't want to sound like a dick but I've got little to no interest in cinema before 1950. It's just a personal choice. Movies from those eras seem really dated. They are dated, depending on what you mean by dated. I don't see that as a bad thing though. It was a different time, with different rules and different styles of acting. The Wizard of Oz most people watch as kids. That is why I am surprised.

The worst movie of the movies I listed and the only one I consider to be flat out bad is "Juno and the Paycock," which is directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
