75 GRAND......FOR ONE year ?? HOW do people do it ?? For money like that, here in the Midwest, in as little as just three years (or so) you'd have enough money to BUY an ENTIRE house.....okay......maybe not a spectacular house, but DEFINITELY a decent little house.....

And that place was basically just a shack too...

Two Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, 'Living' Room, & Kitchen with room for a "Breakfast" table.

And I can't even remember if there was a Washer/Dryer somewhere in building or not...

I remember the Roper's had a car.. But I also can't remember if there was a parking area for tenants...
