The tiger is Army of the Dead is the best thing about the movie and one of the great horror movie creatures in recent memory.
Someone should write a horror movie about a zombie infection that only effects animals. I'm sure we can think of an animal rights related theme to work with.

There's a new Asylum movie called 'Aquarium of the Dead' featuring zombie octopuses and seals etc... depending on how low rent you are prepared to go with your zombie movie watching.
Wasn't there also a movie called 'Zombeavers' a few years ago?

I don’t know. I always thought part of what makes the zombie genre so unsettling to many people is the idea that any one of us could end up becoming one of them. If there’s a zombie outbreak that only affects animals, then you would lose the paranoia factor to an extent.

There have been like 100 zombie movies in the past 20 years and they are all more or less different takes on what George A. Romero did with his OT. How about something different for a change.

It's actually very surprising that a big movie hasn't been made along these lines.

Well there was Pet Sematary. I guess I need to be more specific. I mean a zombie animal apocalypse movie, with a whole bunch of different zombie animals. Pet Sematary doesn't really follow the zombie movie formula, which is why I don't think that movie is usually considered a zombie movie.
