Yes, I heard the same. He's been asked about President Reagan in recent interviews so something's brewing.

I'm a big fan of his. I'll watch anything he stars in.
He seems to have been steadily working since the late 1970s and he seems to have kept himself in shape for decades.
He can easily transition from playing leads to supporting characters. Such a charismatic, talented guy. Always thought he was underrated.

Does he ever talk about his lunatic older brother Randy?

Does he ever talk about his lunatic older brother Randy?
Sure. Their mother Juanita Quaid passed away aged 92 and Dennis touched upon his brother and their journey through the Baptist Church together. He had an upbringing similar to Wes Craven, whose father was a Baptist Minister in Ohio.
Houston's First Baptist Church Downtown.

And even less about Douglas ever since he went to Rekall.

Dennis Quaid may have been the inspiration behind Arnold Schwarzenegger's work as Douglas Quaid, except Dennis vowed never to pretend in anything after 'Seniors' (1978).
I think we pretty much know this through Priscilla Barnes, and when he visited the set of John Carpenter's 'Halloween' (1978), Carpenter being a friend of Joe Dante who'd prove instrumental in the wayward Texan's career.

When you see him and his brother, you can't help but think they were the result of some real life "Twins" scenario. In this case, Randy was the Danny DeVito brother, made from the leftovers.

Does he ever talk about his lunatic older brother Randy? The last time I heard him say anything about his brother Randy was some years ago where he said he loved them no matter what, and he left it at that - never said he agreed with them or supported them, just that he loves his brother.
