For me three jump out at me from the start.
Anna Kendrick as Katherine in 50/50 - This movie truly made me a huge Anna Kendrick fan and I've honestly loved her ever since. I just remember thinking that her character was so funny in how she was a bit of a mess herself meanwhile trying to help JGL's character through his cancer treatment. My favorite scene is probably when she is driving him home (because his actual GF in the film is a giant POS) and JGL's character can't handle the garbage that's all up and in her car and he starts throwing stuff away and she has to stop him from throwing away her dinner. She was just adorable in this film and it's my go to Anna Kendrick performance.
Lucy Liu as Lindsey in Lucky Number Slevin - The second her character comes into the movie she just becomes INSTANTLY lovable for me. Her mannerisms, her attitude, her personality. All of it just hit and roll that all up into the beautiful Lucy Liu it was a home run. She is my favorite part of that movie.
Keira Knightley as Penny in Seeking a Friend for the End of the World - I remember watching this movie earlier this year on Netflix cuz I was bored and I was legit surprised by how invested I got into the two main characters. Keira's character Penny was lovable because she was a free spirit who would fall victim to hard sleep randomly if I remember right. I know it had something to do with sleeping like a rock and she'd smoke weed to oddly enough keep her awake at times. She'd also just be a complete flake and forget that she had Steve Carrell's mail for like 2 years (they were neighbors). Keira played this character off perfectly and I adored her for it.

James Bond: I love a man who knows how to talk but also love his dressing style and his confidence and if we are talking about Pierce Brosnan or Sean Connery take on Bond you pretty sure know you are safe.
Tony Stark/Iron Man : like James Bond great verb, sense of Humor and fun guaranteed also he has a good heart and ends up doing the right thing.
Dr House : wit, smart, and he is a sort of super hero the way he always saves the people who come to him, also that sexy vice and eyes have a lot to do with my crush on him

Crushes historically....I was born in the mid 80s for frame of reference...
Teen/Preteen crushes... Becky the Icebox OShea from the Little Giants and Connie from the Mighty Ducks. Jo from Facts of Life. Six from Blossom. Al Lambert from Step By step.
Now that I look back I guess I had a thing for tomboys.
As an adult I thought various female leads were very attractive but never really felt love or even a crush as much. Morena Bacarrin as Inara in Firefly would prob be the closest.

I've been in lust with Thor and Loki ever since I saw Thor. I have a thing for Mark Darcy since Bridget Jones' Diary. I wanted to hit on Stella Bridger in 2003's The Italian Job. That's just to name a few.

Bridgette Wilson-Sampras as Veronica in "Billy Madison." Hubba Hubba Hubba Also, I had a thing for "Wheel of Fortune's" Vanna White growing up. She and Pat Sajak have apparently discovered the holy grail as neither seem to age.

Brad Pitt in Legends of the Fall. He was gorgeous and I was smitten!

Well, when I was younger, it would’ve been Helen Slater as Kara/Supergirl in Supergirl (1984). And Joanne Whalley as Sorsha in Willow (1988). Then later on it was Bryce Dallas Howard as Ivy Walker in The Village (2004). But currently the character I love most is Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter from the first two Captain America movies, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man and the TV series Agent Carter. Keira Knightley as Penny in Seeking a Friend for the End of the World
I watched that movie a while back on TV and I too really liked Keira Knightley in it/found her character endearing.

That clip should run at least 20 seconds longer.

Kirby from Scream 4. A spunky movie geek that looks like Hayden Panetierre?
Elaine from Seinfeld.
I also had a big thing for Cameron Diaz in The Mask and There's Something About Mary.
