They hardly showed the mechanical t-rex when they did the making of videos back in 1993.

In the movie it is so deliberate in movements--everything is edited in such a way that it's controlled.

But looking at it in one continuous shot--it's more real looking--it moves around with quirks.

I would not want to stand close to it--what if had a glitch and smacked you in the head.

The guy feeding it the foam pieces doesn't want to get too close.
