All of the filmed footage is from the 80's so it's an 80's film no matter the version.

No, but this is iffy in one major way.
Blade Runner will always be a 1982 movie, but the alternate versions can be considered for 1990's lists.

What about a movie that was delayed a release? A movie that finished all production in 1988 for example, but was delayed a release until 1991?
