Looks like it might be his best movie in a long time.
Starring Benicio Del Toro, Don Cheadle, John Hamm, Brendan Fraser, Bill Duke, Kieran Culkin, Julia Fox, Amy Seimetz, David Harbour and Ray Liotta.

I was so excited to see Fraser was in this!!! He really is a great actor that’s sadly overlooked. Hopefully this movie does him well and people will be looking to use him again.

Watched it and didn’t like it. Really disappointing. I like it quite a bit actually. My favorite Soderbergh movie in a long time. I can definitely understand why someone wouldn't like it though, especially in the second half.

I can definitely understand why someone wouldn't like it though, especially in the second half. It reminded me of The Way of the Gun in the way that it feels like almost too much thought was put into it. Every character has their own little motive and backstory, the power hierarchy is set and constantly referenced, the characters are all spouting clever and careful lines…it just gets annoying imo. It’s like if a textbook directed a movie. Very formulaic and boring, but it thinks it’s smart. That sounds a lot more harsh than I really feel, but it was not for me. I also hated whatever that fish eye lens was they used the entire time. It looked bad in many cases and distracting at best.

Besides the textbook thing. I can sort of understand, but disagree with at the same time. It isn't anything particularly new, but it does what it does well imo. Unlike you, I didn't guess what was going to happen at any given moment and it surprised me quite a bit. I was the opposite of bored while watching this movie. I am a fan of the fish eye lens in the case of this movie. I don't tend to like it in movies when it is used all the time, but here it added to the atmosphere of the movie wonderfully imo.

I won’t pretend I knew what was going to happen specifically - because I certainly did not - but with so many twists near the end, you just expect nothing to end as it seems and the opposite to happen. Then that was pretty much exactly what happened.

I was going back and forth in my mind on what rating to give it and it was between 7 and 7.5/10. I settled with 7.5/10. So not great, just good. I tend to love this particular sub-genre though, so I am going to be a tad biased.
