Eh. It'll turn out the same, either way, because Snyder is an incompetent tool.

If the goal of a(ny) reshoot is to improve the film, then how could they be a bad thing?

You've obviously not seen the Theatrical Cut of I Am Legend. Or Fant4stic. Those weren't so much reshoots as much as the director being fired for being unprofessional before the end of the shoot and having someone else ghost direct the rest of the film, but yeah, the concept is still the same.

maybe they are, but wasn't that rumor of it going in for extensive reshoots debunked?

maybe they are, but wasn't that rumor of it going in for extensive reshoots debunked? Yep, that fake rumor of the extensive reshoots has just been debunked, just like all of these fake rumors have been debunked:
1. James Wan is quitting as Director of Aquaman. 2. Ben Affleck isn't playing Batman anymore. 3. The Wonder Woman movie is a complete mess.
All these fake rumors are just pathetic attempts by MCU fans to try to derail the DCEU because they're scared that the DCEU will dominate the CBM genre for the next decade. Each of the DCEU's first 3 movies had a better box office than 75% of MCU's movies and the DCEU's first 3 movies have reached $2 billion, a mark that took MCU 5 movies to reach. So the simple undeniable fact is that the DCEU is already ahead of MCU's pace after 3 movies and on target to surpass MCU. MCU had their run while the DCEU was being planned, but now that the DCEU is moving forward, the DCEU will become the dominant brand in the CBM genre and that scares the hell out of MCU fans and that's why they keep trying to derail the DCEU.

1. yeah, just click bait 2. well..........we don't really know, he could leave after The Batman 3. 3 weeks and we find out they're not fake rumors planted by mcu fans, they just coming from assistances of assistances from a producer, it's basically broken telephone......sent out to "journalists" who need an article of the day and also to beat any other outlet, which is then read by a couple million people.

Way too much click bait. Like John Cleese Twitter following activities led to casting speculation from Darkseid,Highfather,A Green Lantern, Gordon Godfrey. article of the day indeed.

I've just now heard of this rumor, and I have no idea what to make of it. I'm hearing that they apparently have already done "a bunch" of reshoots for the movie, but that doesn't seem possible, given the actor's schedules in the past few months. I guess I can't rule out it possibly being true, but I don't see how they were able to have already done massive reshoots for the movie, since I'm pretty sure the actors weren't in London recently.

No, MCU fans are worried at how the DCEU will continue to damage CBMs with their repeated failures and make it harder for MCU to keep CBMs respectable.
And the DCEU movies cost more to make and use more well known characters, so even with the financial success it's not enough to match what the MCU accomplished.

Reshoots are normal. Every intended blockbuster puts aside money in the budget with the expectation there will be reshoots of some kind or another. (And I say this as someone who thinks the DC movies, with the exception of MOS, have been pretty weak. That JL is having reshoots means nothing.)

Didn't you just post this? He repeats himself a lot. I made a joke thread on the MCU boards that people with half a brain could see it was directed at this guy (someone figured it out) about Diane Lane nonsense about her saying that JL will be worse than anvengers and he repeated in three consecutive posts the exact same thing to three replies... He really thinks that there is a war between MCU fans and DCEU fans when he dosen't even realize that for the majority of Comic Fans they are one and the same. There will always be an inclination for one or the other, but I for one grew up in the 80's reading DC, MARVEL and (much later) IMAGE (god i want an IMAGE Cinematic Universe) and loving them both. And of course there are fanboys for both sides but not as many or as rabid as one might think. I am more invested in the MCU, and that's a fact because, one, i don't like what WB is doing with the movies, thanks to directors like Snyder that try to emulate Nolan instead of doing their own thing, and two, because they have a lot more movies. But I love the Arrowverse and TDK is my favorite CBM of all time for instance. Wich is a shame! Because if not for that movie in particular snyder wouldn't be in the position he is now. MCU has had their fare of problems with less than stellar movies but they have a lot of good ones under the belt, they proved they can do better, whereas DCEU has yet to really satisfy me. I liked MOS but it's too serious, I didn't like BVS at all (except wonder woman and some iconic shots that make for great stills evoking the comics that had great stories unlike the movie) and SS was ok. So Go, Wonder Woman make me proud!

They wouldn't feel worry if Zack Snyder had a shotgun pointed straight at their genitals.
