Like Matthew the Swordsman, I gave it an 8/10. Nothing particularly distinguished as filmmaking, but I still find it one of the most hilarious films I've ever seen, despite a somewhat weak ending. Cary Grant and Myrna Loy are utterly superb, as are the girls. And a running joke in my home--the never-working lawyer, "Cole, Bill Cole, friend of the family!" "Yuuuup..."

One of those wonderful old-fashioned movies, copied many times (The Money Pit 1986, a few chuckles but in the end tiresome), Myrna Loy and Cary Grant worked so well togather, pity they didn't make more movies together.
There was an old thread on old IMDB about Myrna Loy, and why she didn't play more sexy women and try getting men marry he, my answer was something like "She is the image of the woman that men allready had married" the dream wife in other words.
