Definitely the 2017 version - it’s no masterpiece, but the 1974 movie is ridiculously boring.

Not big on either (it's pretty much impossible not to make the twist feel like a copout), but I'll take the remake just by virtue of not having Finney's annoying, turtlenecked ham sandwich of a performance.

1974 - 6/10
Very close though and I prefer Kenneth Branagh as Poirot. I think the original is much more atmospheric and authentic feeling and doesn't suffer from fake looking cgi backgrounds.
