Just basing from the current roster in the JLA movie:
Superman for wearing his baby blanket as a cape, which adds absolutely zero value to his costume?
Wonder Woman for wearing armor that leaves multiple parts of her body unprotected?
Batman for wearing heavy armor that hinders his movements despite the fact that he's supposed to be a ninja?
Flash, for being the fastest man alive and yet wears heavy armor that will slow him down despite the fact that his speed is a way more effective method to avoid injury?
Aquaman, for wearing heavy armor that will weigh him down when he's swimming in water and does not look even remotely aquadynamic?
And on the flip side: Which JLA member's costume actually makes the most sense?
Superman for wearing skintight under armor that looks flexible enough to allow him full range of motion?
Wonder Woman for wearing only minimal armor in key places to make sure her movements are not hampered?
Batman for wearing bullet proof armor because he does not have any other powers to protect himself?
Flash for wearing armor as added protection for the inevitable high speed crash that probably occurs every now and then?
Aquaman for wearing armor because.... well because he's a damned warrior and warriors do wear armor.
