Just basing from the current roster in the JLA movie:
Superman for wearing his baby blanket as a cape, which adds absolutely zero value to his costume? Wonder Woman for wearing armor that leaves multiple parts of her body unprotected? Batman for wearing heavy armor that hinders his movements despite the fact that he's supposed to be a ninja? Flash, for being the fastest man alive and yet wears heavy armor that will slow him down despite the fact that his speed is a way more effective method to avoid injury? Aquaman, for wearing heavy armor that will weigh him down when he's swimming in water and does not look even remotely aquadynamic?
And on the flip side: Which JLA member's costume actually makes the most sense?
Superman for wearing skintight under armor that looks flexible enough to allow him full range of motion? Wonder Woman for wearing only minimal armor in key places to make sure her movements are not hampered? Batman for wearing bullet proof armor because he does not have any other powers to protect himself? Flash for wearing armor as added protection for the inevitable high speed crash that probably occurs every now and then? Aquaman for wearing armor because.... well because he's a damned warrior and warriors do wear armor.

well......I don't think that's his baby blanket in mos (since he looked pretty butt naked in that ship), it looks more like a regal or ambassador type of krypton attire.....but idk
the armor batman is wearing in jl doesn't seem that heavy or at least when compared to the mech suit.
and I don't think barry is wearing armor to prevent a crash, but so his clothes don't burn up (hence why they're nasa parts)
I don't think the armor weighs aq down since he already has super strength.
so maybe WW since that's quite a bit of leg, but then again I've never been a fan of ww in pants (always looked odd), but at least they didn't stick her back in a leotard.
which makes the most sense?
probably batman.......because he's fighting superpowered extraterrestrials.

In defense of Wonder Woman, I used to compete in kickboxing and I know that if given the choice, I'd wear the shortest shorts I could. Easier to kick and move that way. Then again her chest is quite open above the breast... I have no practical explanation for that.

Aside from your actual thread topic...
I don't think the CGI/design they are using for Cyborg looks particularly good...so I would say he has the stupidest costume.
But in regards to the topic, Superman's costume isn't the stupidest, but there is definitely no real need for the cape.

Quicksilver's costume is pretty gay. Looks like he should be in the Pride Parade.
