Pro-Lifers believe that it's absolutely right and proper for the wider community to be able to control what someone else does with their body, right?
And vasectomies are reversible, right?
So...
All males should be given a vasectomy once they reach puberty. As soon as they have demonstrated that they are financially capable and mature enough to father a child that vasectomy would reversed.
Wouldn't this solve a lot of issues raised? And ensure that all children were born into loving families that could look after them?
I'm sure no Christian men would have an issue with everyone deciding what happens to their bodies would they?

I think you are taking the OT a bit too literally; I think he intended to make men think about the government telling them what they can and can't do with their own bodies, as women are now told that if they conceive, they have to carry to term, they have no choice, regardless of other circumstances such as rape, incest, unable to support a child, medical threat to the woman's life, etc.

Love this post. I actually seriously think they men should get vasectomies if they are so against abortion as they claim. A lot of pro lifers are really just pro-birth and don't even care about the life after it's been born, which shows they really only care about controlling womens bodies and nothing else.
