Does it taste good without any condiments or added toppings. If the meat alone is tasty...that's a good burger.

The beef patty isn't really a flavour ingredient, it is a filler. I would never eat a hamburger with no condiments or other fillings, although others have different tastes. I could happily substitute the meat patty for a decent vegetarian one. |
