There was a story back in 1969 where a nun was murdered and the case went cold.. but now there is more evidence and stories from her students in this documentary. They say she was killed around the time she found out one of the priests was molesting the girls at school and was about to do something about it.. so they suspect that it was the priest who murdered her. Has anyone heard of this story? :/ its crazy because i never heard of it until this show just came out. So I'm on the second episode... and I watched it so late last night with my cousin and my sister and it freaked me out.. but its really good so far www.rollingstone.com/tv/features/the-keepers-inside-compelling-new-true-crime-docuseries-w483230

Also critical of Catholicism are The Mission (1986) and Agnes of God (1985). One you probably won't find on most lists is Pocketful of Miracles (1961)

tpfkar I saw this available, but it looked too depressing to watch. It's a proper documentary as opposed to a docudrama, isn't it? SURFS' UP AND LOOK WHO'S SURFING

How the Catholic Church, the police and others in authority blocked investigations and covered up for the priest, was beyond horrific.
