Keep up, in best picture race. What are 1-3 (sorry I haven't seen any predictions lists yet - mostly stay on classics board, where we are still debating whether the DeMille should have won for 1952 ) I'm guessing BELFAST and THE POWER OF THE DOG are front runners? I'd say both those plus licorice pizza.

Seems to be underperforming at the box office. not surprised. it feels so flat lifeless and outdated great visuals, amazing costumes and fun choreography and all but the story and direction feels so bland and unrelatable. i forgot how one dimensional the story feels. just ridiculous teenage testosterone against teenage testosterone on steroids.... blah. somehow Romeo and Juliet doesnt suffer from this...but this was a snoozefest. 2 and half hours of it too... nobody under 40 in our cinema. cannot see why anyone younger would go see it unless they were Very Much into dancing/ musicals and didnt mind the rest being what it is.

Seems to be underperforming at the box office. That’s really NOT surprising. People don’t rush out to see musicals. since when? Greatest showman made over 200 million.
