just to read 3 pages? If so that book probably sucks right? I did, but it was an old book, so i didn't buy it at a store.

No i have never done that.
I frankly don`t see how its possible to read 3 pages in one hour no matter how bad the book is. I mean unless you read one page and take a long break between each page.
And 3 pages is not enough to judge a book.

Yes, I have and no the the book didn't suck at all.
It was simply in a dead language and I had to use the dictionary every second word.
