.. league season unbeaten? Toiling a bit at the moment. 0-0 at half-time against Hearts. They haven't failed to score against a Scottish side since last April. Aberdeen are already 5-0 up in Maryhill. Hitting good form in time for next weekend's cup final against Celtic. www.flashscores.co.uk/match/fwrxtp9e/#standings;live

As Carl said, for much of this game they toiled to create scoring chances. Hearts were never in it until the last two minutes when they had a flurry of half-chances. First half the Bhoys sat back expecting things to happen for them. Only Patrick Roberts and Griffiths seemed up for it and the latter couldn't get a pass. After H/T they got a bit more urgent and changed to a 3 at the back. Inevitably a Roberts surge down the wing saw Griffiths head home the opener and ironically, after all their tiki-taki build up, it took a long ball from Toure to Griffiths to bring the second. The ball was brought under control and the striker hared away from his marker, cut one across to Sinclair, That pass didn't get there but Armstrong lashed in the loose ball. Celtic then went to sleep and Hearts had a go, hitting the post and bring a couple of good saves from Gordon, but all's well that ends well.

106 goals, 106 points, no defeats. 30 points winning margin, 39 points above Rangers.
Great season.
Now for the Cup Final.

What else could I have meant, you plum? You could have meant "another thrilling season of Scottish football concludes with a Celtic championship" but since this is the equivalent of shooting fish in a barrel, the word "great" rings very hollow. But hey, maybe they can go 38 wins and 200 goals scored next year?
