"Well, that may explain things..."
Actually, I received mine at a different Kaiser location, so ok for now.

Ooh, this is the first I've heard of that.
I had Moderna, and I took my initial shots in SF, last spring. KP took over the main gymnasium at USF, and made it a gigantic vaccination clinic. I was "boosted," yesterday, at their SF site on Geary Street.
Right now, I can't think of anyone who I know who is a KP member, in Contra Costa county. I'll ask friends if they know anyone.
Neither Alameda County, nor Kaiser, can't be thrilled that SFGATE.COM, used a photo of an Oakland site, in the story about a Contra Costa County facility.
SFGATE.COM, is the online branch of the San Francisco Chronicle, and is primarily an advertising engine. Accuracy is not their "long suit."

I still have faith in Kaiser, Enigma.
My Dad was with the US Public Health Service, and my parents decided that it was the best plan, as soon as it was introduced into California. I was just a tiny-tot. (My membership number has only 5 digits.)
I, too, am very sorry that this mistake happened. But, mistakes can/do happen. It's an enormous organization. I certainly hope that all members who were subject to the mistake, will be well, and that all adjustments will be successful.
