My guy and I are working our way through the series, me for the umpteenth time and he for the first time.
Damn me if I don’t laugh harder each time I watch it. This series is as relevant and funny today as when it started in 2005.

It's great. Especially the first few seasons.

Never seen the original British one.
The American version, i think the first like 5 seasons are pretty good, it went downhill a bit after that, and the show should really have ended when Michael left, i don`t remember which season that was and i am to lazy to look it up.

It definitely lost something with Michael’s departure. They ruined Andy’s storyline too. But I still watch it to the end.

I also watched it too the end, when i start a tv show unless it becomes pure crap i will always try and finish a tv show that i start.

I just started watching it a few days ago and am really enjoying it so far. I've seen a few episodes before, but this is my first time going through the whole series.

I enjoyed it at the time. But I don't think I could go back and watch it now. It has no rewatch factor for me... As I tried to watch it again recently I realized I truly loathed Pam and Jim as characters... and Michael was just too stupid to live... For me it just didn't age well. Maybe I've become too jaded. I've read that a few times about 'Seinfeld"... But never really felt that way. Kramer always annoyed me. But George and his antics/Parents are hilarious. Of course I haven't watched it in a really long time. Now "Friends" I never cared for. Even back in the day... I don't get the love for it at all. Always found it cheesy and dumb. I'm surprised it's gotten a sort of renesaince on social media with new fans.

I'm surprised it's gotten a sort of renesaince on social media with new fans. Its still funny...and Ive found that I love Georges parents so much, I feel like i used to find them annoying but I haven't watched in 20 years and all the sudden I think theyre hilarious. But its a lot of the relationship stuff that sticks out to me. Like Jerry can't stay with a girl because she dated Newman. Their reaction to a person who commits suicide in front of them is anger that he lands on their car. Elaine dumps a guy for not using an exclamation point in a note. It's very heavy on the narcissism. Granted that's the point of the show...so it's funny. But like i said I haven't revisited the show in about 20 years and now that Im older Im realizing just how unlikeable these people are.

If you think the characters in Seinfeld are the worst, you should watch It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
