This job is to smoke one cigarette per day, to evaluate the quality of it. But you had to do it every day.
However studies show, that even in smoking in moderation, doesn't decrease chances of getting sick from it eventually.

I could never stop at just one, whether I'm paying or being paid. When I quit, I stopped cold turkey and never went back.

No, I don't think it would pay enough to cover the eventual medical bills.

It would pay a equivelent of 20 hours a week, 10 dollars an hour. no of course not who would?? I would say i would. Because I would guess that their study of saying that only one cig per day could kill you is false. And also, i would earn enough money to live without doing anything.
But, if people think that smoking a pack a day won't kill them, I would say they're wrong. I say, if you wanna smoke smoke, if you wanna drink , drink. But do both in moderation.

This would be an excellent job for a smoker but not so great for a choker. Unfortunately I’m in the latter category.

Of course it's the nicotine. But smoking the nicotine obviously kills the virus when the smoker inhales it. I suppose you could take a nicotine pill, but would that have the same direct effect as smoking it? You know goddamn well this information is being suppressed by the anti-tobacco lobby.
I'm a daily smoker. But I've noticed that Mexican immigrants will often smoke only when they drink. Actually, I get annoyed at work because there are plenty of coworkers who will bum the occasional cigarette but not bother to buy a pack themselves. It may be a cultural difference.
But this idea that occasionally smoking a cigarette is a death sentence is ludicrous. It's just a goddamn burning plant leaf. My brother-in-law claims that smoking 100% natural cigarettes like American Spirit is actually healthy for you.
I don't go that far. But there's a lot of economically motivated false information out there against smoking.
Of course there's always vaping but I wonder if inhaling the fumes from a burning nicotine patch also works.

I might take the job, but I'd get fired very quickly. My daily review would always be something along the lines of, "This is as disgusting as sucking on car exhaust." I doubt they'd appreciate that very much...

I doubt they'd appreciate that very much... It's a consumer study, they don't expect only positive reviews, you delicate flower. You're just so special.
You suck in car exhaust every day you're out on the road. But of course all the car exhaust fumes and industrial pollution we breathe is not nearly as toxic as a few burning plant leaves. I am very picky about air quality. That's why I like living in the boondocks where smog and traffic congestion aren't a problem. Nothing but clean, fresh air out here. I did smoke a cigarette once, and it reminded me of a time when I was stuck in a hellish traffic jam in Cairo, and choking on the fumes. Fun.

Since you have such a strong fear of burning tobacco leaves maybe you should try it and let me know. I just don't like choking on fumes unless I really have to but I actually like the smell of freshly lit tobacco.

Have you noticed that there has never been an ash tray scented candle. Actually perhaps I should Google that.. Stamm, you want to have your cake and eat it too. The world don't always work that way. Where there's fire, there's ash. Nah, it's an actual fact that for most people cigarette smoke turns rank which is why I couldn't find any ash tray scented candles.

I saw that but I bet it doesn’t smell like an ashtray unless people put coconuts in their tobacco. I also saw pipe and tobacco scented candles but I was specifically looking for ashtray scented candles. But I guess there’s a niche market for almost anything.

It smells like firewood, smoke and charcoal. An ashtray without ash doesn't smell.
It says it consists of a coconut and beeswax blend. Coconut and beeswax are the candle itself, but they're odorless.
As I said, there’s a niche market for everything.
