Thursday is the last episode until February 21 as we are entering the Olympic break!

Abigail realizes she’s not the only one Kristen is holding captive on the deserted island.
Chad and Kate attempt to figure out what happened to Abigail.
Nancy finally learns the truth about Craig.
Chloe fills in Brady about her father.
Tuesday
Nancy is devastated by Craig’s bombshell.
Steve and Kayla are happily reunited.
Julie is unnerved when Johnny pays her a visit.
Ben hopes to surprise Ciara.
Wednesday
Tripp shares his secret plans with Roman.
Chanel inadvertently reveals the truth to TR.
Gabi conspires with Johnny, who sows seeds of doubt about Jake.
Paulina tries to convince Lani to leave Salem.
Thursday
Allie is stunned when Nicole relays her suspicions about Tripp’s mother.
Paulina is alarmed when she hears about Chanel’s encounter with TR.
TR reveals his identity to Lani.
Johnny tricks Gabi into believing the worst about Jake.
Friday
Days is pre-empted for the Olympics and will return February 21.

I’m four episodes behind and I think that I will just watch the episodes spread throughout the Olympics so I can catch up on several other shows. I hope the hiatus doesn’t hurt the ratings when they return or mess up the pacing. The show has been pretty decent since last Fall.

Well I’m only 4 episodes behind so I’m sure I’ll be caught up within the first week of the Olympics. I really like Sarah when she’s not baby talking. She is a very good actress when she needs to be. Just needs better direction sometimes. I really hope that Sarah and Xander are endgame because I really don’t think that Gwen deserves him after this. She made the wrong decision and has to live with her consequences. I can’t imagine that Xander would choose her over Sarah after conspiring with Ava and sending Abigail to the island as well.

I can't see Xander choosing Gwen either. Maybe if she had been honest with him but not now.
Sarah keeps saying I need to get back to my love...not using Xander's name. So I suspect she is in love with Eric or Rex and Kristen has been drugging her.

I guess I’m still a little behind. I just watched Craig’s coming out to Chloe. How heartbreaking this was. It hit so close to home for me. I was married and had a child with my ex-wife. I came out to her before he was born and stayed in the marriage for several years. I was terrified to tell my family and lifelong friends from fear of being rejected. So, I lived Craig’s story to somewhat of a degree.
I remember reading your post about Sarah not being quite herself. Can this perhaps be Kristen in the mask again and trying to get back to Brady? Perhaps Sarah is being kept somewhere else? I guess we’ll have to stay tuned. I just wonder if Ava and Gwen will be sticking around the show once the truth comes out? I’m sure Ava will be shipped back to the insane asylum but Gwen will probably get off scott free!?!😡

Wow that is incredible. It must have brought up a lot of feelings watching. I thought the scenes were well done. Kevin really played the pain and struggle well. I am sure it was so hard for you to have that conversation with your ex and then stay as well. I can't even imagine that kind of fear. But good for your for being true to yourself. That is so important. I am sure you look back now and are so thankful you made that decision  You will see what happens with Sarah...I really have yet to figure it out! |

Thank you for those very kind words Leafs! It was very painful at the time and I truly loved my ex-Wife like Craig loves Nancy. I always thought from the beginning that Craig’s character was secretly gay because he and Nancy just weren’t a physical match. He was the very handsome and in shape Doctor and she was average looking and pretty obese and looked much older than him. However I thought it was also refreshing to see a character of size represented on a soap since most soap stars are beautiful and in great shape.
I saw a bit of Sarah and I’m completely confused why she’s so warm towards Kristen? Perhaps it’s like Stockholm Syndrome? It just doesn’t add up. Also, I’m glad that they’ve grown her hair out because she is trapped on the island and I doubt there’s a hair salon nearby. Kudos for Days to actually think about that.

I agree on all the points about Craig and Nancy. And I am glad you are in a good place now after having gone through what you did.
I was wondering about the Stockholm thing as well...and agree on the hair.
