Very tacky! Especially the latest one! You should see some of the Patriots rings! I won't post them here, but you've been warned if you google it.

Anybody have any idea who, specifically, ends up paying for all of the Super Bowl rings for the winning team? I assume it would be the team itself, but given the HUGE price tag for the final bill (the 15 carat diamond Buccaneers' ring from last year, I believe, was estimated at $35,000 EACH, meaning a final bill of (probably) somewhere around $4 Million, once they hand one out to all of the players, coaches, and other people on the staff that end up getting one), I'm wondering if the NFL now just includes it as part of the winning team's 'take' for their Super Bowl victory? Also......do any losing teams hand out "runner-up" Super Bowl rings to their members ?? SAVE FERRIS

NFL owners... they make $4 mil just by waking up.

Are the rings sized or are they considered one-size-fits-all?

The rings were one of the favourite parts of my visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton.

They're pretty much all hideous. Then again, so is pretty much any and all jewelery for men, so they couldn't really come up with anything tasteful anyway.

Are the rings sized or are they considered one-size-fits-all? At $35,000 a pop, I would HOPE that includes the sizing......even though these things are SO ridiculous now, they look like something that could have come from Liberace's old costume jewelry collection...... SAVE FERRIS
