I am shocked how bad people generally are at geography. How much does the average person need to know? I knew roughly where Ukraine is but if I were approached in the street I’d have still failed to give the correct location. Hopefully that won’t affect my day-to-day activities.

Being nominally British I'd find that vid very depressing if I hadn't already accepted that my, now former, country died in 2003. One can do this kind of video about every country with cherry picking the bad apples (so it's bad-apple-picking instead  ) If You asked me whether I know all US states on a map I think I'd guess about 15-20 right and the rest only vaguely where they are.
