...to make him uninsurable for malpractice, thus unable to work as a lawyer.

I loved that scene. For a second I thought he really was having a nervous breakdown.I was starting to fall for it when he started to cry- then I said to myself "Oh wait- its slippin Jimmy!"Funny as hell that scene.Brilliant idea. Take that Chuck! Notice Kim is regretting what she did to Chuck? I think this is the catalyst for her to split with Jimmy.
Quick question about that. Do you think this is the reason Jimmy changed his name to Saul Goodman as a lawyer on Breaking Bad? So he didn't have to pay 150% increase in malpractice insurance ? I am curious about that since he was on TV and billboards.

I am curious about that since he was on TV and billboards. Yeah exactly the same here, I fell for it too for a few seconds! I wonder if Kim's guilt is going to cause her to come clean with the bank? Although I'm not sure what that would achieve other than losing her client. And yeah, I think maybe they are drifting apart as Jimmy slides back into his Slippin' Jimmy ways, and perhaps if Kim does lose her client, then she will really have nothing to stick around for, so may decide to cut and run. The song in the very first scene of the first episode when we see Jimmy working in the Cinnabun (or whatever it is called) was called 'Address Unknown'. The lyrics maybe a clue to what will happen: Address unknown, not even a trace of you Oh what I'd give to see the face of you I was a fool to stay away from you so long I should have known there'd come a day when you'd be gone
Address unknown, oh how could I be so blind? Who'd think that you would never be hard to find? From the place of your birth to the ends of the earth I've searched only to find, only to find, address unknown
Also I'm wondering what will happen to Nacho, we know he isn't successful at killing Hector, but it is probably likely it will induce a stroke, so I'm thinking as Mike knows the plan is he going to tell Gus, and Gus will intervene as he wants Hector to suffer? I think in the episode before, Nacho seemed like everything might be getting on top of him, what with a gun being pointed at his head and then Hector forcing him to use his dad's business. Maybe he'll decide he wants out and runs, either that or he gets killed. I liked the scene with Nacho and Mike though!

I am curious about that since he was on TV and billboards. The fake crying (with real tears) gave us a new appreciation of Jimmy's conning expertise. Kim's guilt over the treatment of Chuck could very well push her out of her relationship with Jimmy if (when) she learns of this latest gambit by Jimmy to make his brother uninsurable. After doing a little research online, I found no reason that a lawyer can't practice under a "stage name", but I don't think Jimmy could get malpractice insurance under a false name. That would seem to almost doubtless be fraud, I'd imagine.

I also thought Jimmy was actually breaking down for about 20 seconds or so. It was impressive to see him manipulate that insurance chick. I hope Chuck gets screwed over big time for being such a petty malicious jerk. However, I think he's still got some schemes in mind. Jimmy better not let his guard down.

I mean honestly Jimmy was being very petty and malignant but thats also coming from a place of being backed into a corner.

I thought he was crying to just manipulate the insurance woman- but to give him a pass for his skyrocketing malpractice premiums. I didnt know it was all to screw Chuck. Funny as hell
