Alcaraz vs Djokovic is the first semifinal. Should be a good game! I am pretty sure the winner of this semifinal will go on to win the whole thing. Friday 8:45 am EDT, 13:45 GMT, 10:45 PM Sydney, etc.

Djoker takes the first set 6-3. Could be a day that puts two Serbs on the brink of championship wins.

That Alcaraz shot (you’ll know the one) might be the best I’ve ever seen.

That Alcaraz shot (you’ll know the one) might be the best I’ve ever seen. Hasn't won a game since he cramped up and defaulted his service game. Djoker won in 4. Won 12 of the last 13 games.

Iga Swiatek and Novak Djokovic are the 2023 French Open champions.
Djokovic now has 23 major titles, surpassing Nadal's 22. He is also the first male player to win each of the four Grand Slam tournaments at least three times.

Federer is really hitting that black Grecian formula hard.
Independence Day - When the colonies broke free of the elegance and long traditions of Wimbledon, such as wearing all white, to assert their right to hold a gluttony contest with partially eaten food going everywhere and all the people in the "splash zone."

Andreeva is 16 and cute. Winner today.
I want someone other than Djoker and Alvarez to win. Alvarez is a grunter almost as bad as Sharapova. Seems kind of dickish as well.

Ons Jabeur of Tunisia will try again for her first Grand Slam title against unseeded Vondrousova from Czechia. Maybe third time will be the charm, and she will finally be the first Arab and African woman with a major under her belt.

Rooting for Alcaraz - but, as ever where Djokovic is involved, I’m not optimistic.

Rooting for Alcaraz - but, as ever where Djokovic is involved, I’m not optimistic. Age difference just short of 16 years. Only larger one in majors since 1968 was when Connors beat Rosewall 6–1, 6–0, 6–1 in the US Open and 6–1, 6–1, 6–4 at Wimbledon (17 years 305 days) Sooner or later.

Djoker wins the first 6-1 over an overamped Alcaraz.

Very exciting, This Spanish lad looks like the Erling Haaland of tennis. What, a goal hanger who doesn't track back?

Glad he won.
I always hate when they force people to speak English and never give them one cue to say something to his home fans.
