So basically the DCEU has turned the tide and will be the uncontested CBM studio by the end of the year, and literally only six people will see both parts of Infinity Wars combined. Or is -- is that a bit premature? Hmm...

Or is -- is that a bit premature? Hmm... If you get excited so quickly there is a big chance its premature. I hope the DCEU can become the second big pillar the CBM genre rests on. Fox and Sony sure as hell dont deliver except maybe an occasional Logan

Logan was a hit, Deadpool was a hit, Apocalypse wasn't a BOMB despite failing to meet expectations commercially or critically, and Days of Future Past was a hit. They're doing pretty well, if not cranking them out with the same velocity as MCU and presumably DCEU's planned output.

Deadpool was fresh and fun the first time I saw it but it gets stale pretty quick on second viewing. Logan was good but except for X1 and First Class there havent been many good X-men films. And we are talking about a period of more then 15 years. That isnt much if I may be so bold. Marvel does that better. I hope DC/WB will do too.
