Ones that are like, 30 years old. And you haven't watched them since 30 years ago also?
And do you also find them more enjoyable than tv shows from today? I personally have.

Some of them haven't aged well . Like alf, Alf sux. But then other ones, it's like . Looking at them now, that's what actually passed for entertainment?

How about 50 to 60 years old. My favorite series ever are the original Star Trek (1966-1969) and Mission: Impossible (1966-1973).

There's a marathon this weekend. Good news.

Yes and yes.
But my favorite shows are from the 60's so even older than the ones you are talking about.

I've said it several times... Old horror/Suspense anthology shows? And I'm there...
"Golden Girls" is my jam... So are old "Law & Order" episodes... But that's about all I re-watch tbh... Not to mention old Miniseries shows...

Lately I have been watching old Sesame Street clips due to my being completely hung up on the late beautiful precious who gave us the character of David from the show. Go here to check out an album of his singing. To me, it only gets better with every listen and what makes it even more special is eight of the twelve songs coming from his heart, mind, and soul including the first two and the final three.....I was only seven years old when his passing took place which only makes him another reason for me to wish that I had been born sooner, I love him so much. God bless you and his family always!!! Holly (age 40 on June 30th and a girl who will forever miss him) P.S. I love to watch him laugh at the end of this clip.

Like pre-Seinfeld? No not really.
My main focus when finding new shows is to look during the golden age (like late 90s-mid 2010s) and smash out the ones I have missed. Once I finish them all who knows maybe I will, but honestly most shows 30+ years old don't look very good. Definitely for drama at least. Of course there are good comedies like Get Smart.

I have been slowly making my way through the entire run of I Dream of Jeannie, which I own on DVD. I think that's the only really old series I've watched in the last ten years at least.

I only watch old episodes of the Hitchhiker. Because sometimes they have hot women in them. Not sure if shows today ever have them. From what I know, they don't! I know hot women existed at the time this show came out. Today... they don't exist.
The show doesn't have any nudity in it. Which is fine with me. At least I don't thin it does.

I mostly watch old TV shows. There are very few new ones that I find even tolerable, let alone like.

I watched a lot of older shows as a kid. I Love Lucy, Leave It To Beaver, Twilight Zone, Happy Days, etc.
As an adult, I've watched a couple seasons of Monty Python and MASH. They're enjoyable, but humor and whatnot has changed over the decades so I don't get the consistent laughs I do out of, say, It's Always Sunny.

Yes. For example, I'll watch The Twilight Zone when it's on and I'm around... The marathon that aired on New Year's (even though I've heard SYFY chops their copies) was on for a good portion of that holiday.
To be honest, classic television is better than some of what's produced for today's audience.

I watch virtually no modern shows. Even my 24 year old daughter prefers shows like The Facts of Life, Golden Girls, Partridge Family, Happy Days, etc.
