Petrolino, I know that Martin Short isn’t for everyone but I love him. I was laughing so hard at this I was crying and spitting up my wine. Thank you.

She was called "Djuret från Valsjöbyn" in Sweden were she came from, not taking her serious, something many critics regretted later, as she was a full-fledged entertainer that also could act, Carnal Knowledge changed their minds, C.C. & Company not so much.
It's funny how Swedish film critics still measure stardom from Greta Garbo and her myth, not from what they actually accomplice.

I believe she was referred to as "The Swedish Meatball" by her early detractors. But entering her seventh decade of movie stardom still in demand she probably has the last laugh.

Used "Google Translate" to try and understand what "Djuret från Valsjöbyn" means, and find myself wondering how accurate this particular translation is, since this is what it came up with: The animal from ValsjöbynDo you know if this meaning is (relatively) correct ?? She will always be Ann Marg-rock to me! The Flintstones is the first place I heard of her.
Her appearance in Bye Bye Birdie was the inspiration for Mary Jane Watson from the Spider-man comics.
