So there’s Good Friday where Jesus dies and then Easter Sunday when he come back, so since Jesus is dead on that Saturday does it mean that there’s technically no God on that day? God is supposed to always exist but since he was dead on that Saturday he didn’t exist for one day. :/

So he was in hell but not earth ? No, that's a modern fiction, a retconning of the Jesus story. The Jews didn't believe in souls or eternal punishment. For 3 days Jesus was dead. The Gospels don't agree on what happened to Jesus after that so it's anybody's guess. Only 3 Gospels claim he was resurrected.
