It seems like there are many ...
'Touch Me' - The Doors
'Edge Of Glory' - Lady Gaga
I was made to learn saxophone during childhood as my mother is a saxophonist. Today, I consider it to be a great musical instrument.

Can't You Hear Me Knockin - Rolling Stones
I know there's a bunch I like (rocking more than jazzy), I just don't think about them when they're happening.
This guy's more into the soulful ones.

For some reason, the only one I thought you might like is from the song 'Baker Street' by Gerry Rafferty.
'Yakety Yak' - The Coasters (with King Curtis on saxophone)

I love that Rolling Stones epic and really dig the saxophone during the extended swing outro. It's a great instrument for jazz and soul to my mind, as part of a brass section or when used solo.
'Respect' - Aretha Franklin (with King Curtis on saxophone)

One of the inspirations behind 'Touch Me' was the breakdown section in Love's song 'Stephanie Knows Who'. Love and the Doors played on the same bills in Los Angeles, California in the mid-1960s and were both signed to Elektra Records.
'Stephanie Knows Who' - Love (with Tjay Cantrelli laying down some sax action)

I know you love heavy metal. I'm not sure how often saxophone is used in metal. Black Sabbath featured a saxophone with a heavy brass section on their song 'Breakout', from the album 'Never Say Die!' (1978).
Here's one of my favourite songs I hope you might enjoy, it gets pretty heavy.
'1970' - The Stooges (with Steve Mackay weaving saxophone lines around Iggy Pop's voice)

Thanks for sharing. I'm not familiar with the Black Sabbath song you mentioned. But now that I think about it, Heart did the following song featuring a horn section. I guess this would count as my favorite.

This avant-garde metal song has some sax:

I always thought England's punk scene was boosted immeasurably by the use of saxophone, far more than any other brass instrument, perhaps due to influence.
'Identity' - X-Ray Spex (Lora Logic was once said to have made the saxophone sound "punk sexy", with a clear nod to American punks Pere Ubu along the way)
'Parade' - Magazine (my favourite British punk guitarist, Scottish multi-instrumentalist John McGeoch, was also a mean saxophonist and jazz hound)
Brassed Off : 'Absolute Beginners' - The Jam

It's certainly a "classic", and makes the song, though it's not really a "rock" song. Springsteen used it well I suppose. Just not my sort of thing.
