Urgent - Foreigner
Same Old Scene - Roxy Music
One Step Beyond - Madness
I had totally forgotten about that Madness song - until I saw cypher's post.

If you've heard a tenor sax on any Little Richard song, it was this guy. He was also with Fats Domino, Lloyd Price and Professor Longhair to name a few. I got to see him when he was part of The Blasters in the 80's. His own pop hit played on American Bandstand all the time.

Little Richard with "Lucille" That's Lee Allen behind Little Richard. The tall one on the far left. See the above post.

The kind they have in the waitresses songs, are not my favorite. I'll say that much.

Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five - Wings
Paul MCartney asked Bobby Elliott of the Hollies to take the permanent drum stool in Wings, but Elliott didn't really want to be on the global road at the time. Both musicians were fans of Herb Hardesty.
'I'm Walkin' - Fats Domino (featuring Herb Hardesty's talkative tenor saxophone playing call and response with itself)

This avant-garde metal song has some sax:
Speaking of the avant-garde, this blistering brass part is unreal ...
'Good Time Boy' - Buffalo Springfield (group once recalled this being former Boogie King Norris Badeaux ripping up his baritone saxophone for Richie Furay inside the studio but the jury's out ...)

Now you're talking, but where does it end. Those TKO Horns started with Dexy's Midnight Runners? Elvis Costello And The Attractions? The Fixx? XTC? Check it ... 'Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick' - Ian Dury And The Blockheads

Little Richard with "Lucille"
Classic.
'You Know My Name (Look Up The Number' - The Beatles (Brian Jones dusts off his squeaky saxophone)

For some reason, the only one I thought you might like is from the song 'Baker Street' by Gerry Rafferty.
'Yakety Yak' - The Coasters (with King Curtis on saxophone)
It's certainly a "classic", and makes the song, though it's not really a "rock" song. Springsteen used it well I suppose. Just not my sort of thing.
How about 'Money' ("money!!") by Pink Floyd?
'Money' - Pink Floyd (Big Dick Parry on interstellar rainbow brass)

Sax Appeal
'Moondance' - Van Morrison
'Walk On The Wild Side' - Lou Reed
'Shoulder Holster' - Elton John
'Hello, It's Me' - Todd Rundgren
'Excitable Boy' - Warren Zevon
'Nascimento' - Cat Stevens

I remember seeing David Bowie play saxophone on stage which was cool when having to learn the instrument against your will. Van Morrison, Dolly Parton and others would break out this instrument at the least opportune moment.
