Yes it is.
There was 0 proof.

Similarly, there was plenty of other incriminating evidence to prove that Brady ordered Jim "The Deflator" McNally to deflate the footballs for him to use in games. Even Judge Denny Chin (an unbiased federal appellate court judge whose job is reviewing evidence and making a ruling based on the evidence) said on the record in open court that "the evidence of ball tampering is compelling".
There wasn't any evidence let alone plenty of other evidence.
Quoting Chin is just another appeal to authority fallacy.
Also Chin was tricked by a fake-Bernie Madoff, shows how sharp he is

To meet the preponderance of evidence standard, all the NFL needs to do is prove that Brady had motive and Jim "The Deflator" McNally had opportunity to deflate the footballs.
LOLOLOL no, you need to prove much more than motive - which didn't even exist.
This whole thing is about a pressure rule. In 2006 Brady and Peyton Manning got other QBs to support them in asking the league to change a rule about pre-game preparation of footballs. This means Brady already knows how to get a rule changed and knows that he can.
If he wanted to use footballs at 12.0 he could have just asked the league to change the rule to expand the allowable pressure. And the league probably would have acquiesced, because he's fucking Brady.
He'd also been using footballs at 13 for most of his life, or at least his whole pro career (see Jastremski's text that the footballs were 16 and were "supposed to be 13" from a v Jets game 10/16/14).
To 'prove' there is motive, you not only have to prove that Brady suddenly wants to stop doing what he's been doing his whole career, but that he suddenly wants to skirt the rules when he knows how to change them.
It's also unlikely he would want his footballs hastily deflated without precision, as this would lead to them all being slightly different pressure. Any reasonable person would expect him to want every football to be as much the same as possible.
So no, there is no proven motive, not even fucking close.

None of those scientists and firms analysis or conclusions are valid or legitimate
Oh sure, because you say so. Whether they were called as witnesses or not, they still did the science and they all agreed with each other, and no mistakes have been detected. NFL lawyers aren't scientists, they wouldn't be able to offer any relevant scrutiny. If they couldn't detect the obvious mistakes in Exponent's science, they can't detect shit in these other scientists' science.
