I used to dress up to go to the ballet, and to an art show soiree, but I haven't done those things for a while.
Does 'getting dressed to go to the grocery store' count? Not 'dressed up', just 'dressed'.

I think it's been a few years since I really dressed up for something. I hardly ever do unless I'm part of a big ceremony.
