I could have sworn that when I typed text into the search string for a particular board, it used to search all the pages for that board.
However I tried it today, and it only looked at the page I was currently on. Is this a glitch, or a change in behaviour, or am I just doing something stupid?

I don't understand. When you search for something, the search page is the page you're currently on. At any rate, sometimes the search gets funked up. I'll ask Support for a reindex.

Just to clarify, suppose I go to the Politics Board and do a search on the word 'Biden'. Unless I'm completely misremembering, it used to show every thread that contained any post with the word 'Biden' in it - no shortage of those! - and I could page through them all, or refine my search further if need be.
Now when I do it, I only get about half a dozen threads, none created more than 19 hours ago. It looks like it searches back only a limited time in the past, and any further refinement I try to make - e.g. search posts created earlier than June 2022 - ends up finding nothing.

I have no idea. I hardly ever use it. Sorry No worries, the problem now appears to have been fixed (thanks, Admin). The reindex appears to have done the job :-)
