After the celebrations, hangovers, etc., of Saturday, you would have thought that the fans would have had enough of Celtic and football. Not a bit of it as 60000 of them crowded into Celtic Park on Sunday to watch a charity game between the teams of two legends, Henrik Larsson and Lubo Moravcik. the intent was to raise some money for the Celtic Foundation and also be part of the celebrations to mark the memory of Lisbon67. The Heroes of Hampden were there, with their three trophies, having decided against a citywide bus tour in light of the events in Manchester. Weather was very non-Glasgow, 65 degrees with the sun shining. Henrik's team won 5-2 with the wee maestro himself grabbing a hat-trick, as is his wont.
Monies raised is estimated to be £500000 plus.
Well done the Bhoys.
