We went thru Wendy's drive thru several times this summer, so mr sunshine could get a small strawberry Frosty (limited time only). I stuck with chocolate! They have good burgers and fries, but we haven't eaten there in ages. Actually since they got rid of their salad bar years ago.
Arby's has a decent Gyro and we like their Rueben or beef and cheddar.

Sounds like you had some fun trips to Wendy's. May I recommend a song for you both (on March 21, 2013, the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress added this song for long-term preservation).
