Many consider one of the hardest-rocking albums from KISS as one of the best albums from KISS as well. There is the hit single "I Love It Loud" but there are also album tracks like "Creatures of the Night", "Saint and Sinner", "War Machine", and "Killer".

I just watched the documentary "KISSTORY". It wasn't too bad. Boy, did Gene and Paul run the show. Maybe a tad too much, might have been what drove Peter Criss and Ace Frehley into where they went.
I was a big KISS fan until the solo albums came out. Ish, four albums, one good song. Frehley's "New York Groove". Then they really lost me with "Disco KiSS" and "I Was Made For Loving You". The Stones did the same, more or less, with Some Girls and Emotional Rescue. Sing of the times, but Lord, did I hate Disco

Didn't Vinnie Vincent actually play on this album despite Ace being pictured on the cover?

I don't recognize this, from the cover to the songs. I thought it was Andrew Lloyd Webber when it came up on my feed
I probably did hear songs from it when I saw them maybe 10 years ago.

Didn't Vinnie Vincent actually play on this album despite Ace being pictured on the cover? He did. Ace left after the unpopular The Elder and Unmasked were too pop for his liking. He's on the cover only for contract reasons. Creatures is more of the heavier albums they made at that time.

They had some songs here and there after this that I’ve liked, but not so much a full album
