Not sure why, exactly, but John Mellencamp's album title, Nothin' Matters And What If It Did has always stayed with me... And this lyric from John Lennon's Beautiful Boy always stuck with me too; " Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans....." What are some lyrics, album titles, or song titles that you never forgot ?? SAVE FERRIS

Thousands of song lyrics. I listen to lyrics a lot. Love good lyrics, hate bad ones. One reason I'm not a huge Zeppelin fan is there below average lyrics. Either artsy-farty crap ("If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now. It's just a spring clean for the May Queen") of sex crazed crap worthy of a 14 year old boy ("Hey, hey baby when you walk that way, watch your honey drip, can't keep away"). Same with the Beatles. I've always liked Lennon's and Harrison lyrics better than McCartney's.
One that leaps to mind
"And Cobain can you hear the spheres singing songs of Station to Station" - Red Hot Chili Peppers, "Californication". Cobain and one of my favorite David Bowie records.
As far as an album title, "You're Never Alone With a Schizophrenic" by Ian Hunter is cool

I’ve always like the Faces album title “A Nod Is As Good As a Wink… to a Blind Horse.”

This line from Rush’s ‘Witch Hunt’ often comes to mind:
“Quick to judge, quick to anger, slow to understand.”
