For millenials and younger Gen Xers here that grew up watching Nickelodeon, they might remember a show called "Hey Dude". I watched a Youtube video on the show and apparently the guy that played the Native American kid (who is actually a Mexican American named Joe Torres) apparently hasn't done any acting since the show got cancelled, didn't go to the reunion, and his current whearabouts aren't even known, (some rumored sightings, nothing confirmed). I strongly believe he must have just really hated acting and decided to just dissapear, move to some Bumfuck town where no one would recognize him and maybe even change his name, with social media today he could easily be tracked down otherwise. Any other similar incidents?

I can't think of any particular names right off the bat, but the phenomenon isn't all that unusual. Fame of any but the most fleeting is pretty rare in show business; consider the thousands who flock to the industry every year, may get their name on a series or in one or two films, and then sink without much of a trace. This one could have dropped out altogether, which probably happens more often then anyone realizes.
He could have died and no mention of it anywhere, which you certainly hope isn't the case, but who knows?
