I watched this last night and found it fascinating. I had never heard of this man or his book before. Now I want to get a copy.
It really shouldn't be too surprising that some are going to reject the testimony of others if it conflicts with the ideas they have held for most or all of their lives. I've seen Hell. It's absolutely real. Some will believe me, and some won't. They have their preconceived notions reinforced by the years of holding them as true, and all I have is my testimony. Which one do you think is going to carry more weight with someone who has spent years believing firmly that Hell is just a myth? I remember from school that when Marco Polo returned from the Orient and wrote a book about his experiences there, the book was thought to be fiction. Can you imagine if someone had traveled to America before Columbus and returned to tell about it? Would he be believed, with nothing more than his testimony? It's much the same with Heaven and Hell.

I found that very interesting until the last minute or so when it became an advert for the book. "Click and share with friends" - so I can make plenty of money! That is the cynic in me but I would be interested to read it and also the book he refers to.

Ah! They reject it simply because it conflicts with their own ideas! ![](http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e41/imdbv2/imdbsmileys/none.gif)

If you believe in Hell, you'll see it someday.
IMO our thoughts shape our realities.

Unfortunately, her thoughts on the matter will probably cancel yours out. Ahhhh! Another day and my hopes are crushed. If you use your imagination any moist hole can be Scarlett Johansson. And try to remember, 10 seconds after you blow your load you'd be bored of her anyway. That's the great thing about my hand, it never wants any conversation afterwards and is happy to let me go right to sleep. Women could learn a lot of things from my hand.

However, we do get to choose the programming we like over that which we don't like. It's not much, but it's better than nothing.

![](http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e41/imdbv2/imdbsmileys/giveup.gif) OK, I'll grant that you feel you don't have ideas. Honestly, I can see this from someone who views forum exchanges as "telling them what to think". This is the type of mental absorbency marketing firms crave.

You get a brilliant idea in your head and you're so proud of it and you think it's your own original idea, never realizing that it was put there.

It's arrogant idiocy from a loser who hasn't had an original thought let alone idea in his entire life. It's an abdication of responsibility for someone who has achieved nothing in his life of any note,a way to delude themselves that they are one of the few who have broken their "programming" You see in Erjen's world hard work, ingenuity, drive, determination, dedication, education none of those matter because the nefarious them determine what you achieve in life, they are also qualities Erjen is completely lacking in. It's a way ti justify his failures to himself and not give people the credit for their successes.

The conviction that you can't formulate your own thoughts isn't exactly humbling. It's more along the lines of what Hubbard, Jim Jones and Marshall Applewhite enjoyed hearing.
Now, now. I respect your take on how your mind works and how it's overrun by "programming", but there's no use trying to lump others in there for company. Otherwise you end up with those earlier "we" statements that saw you spamming "ARE YA PREGNANT?!" over and over right up to the point where you found it inconvenient to do so!
