Is randy newman a racist songwriter?

Because first of all he talked about the song short people in the documentary I am unfortunately randy newman.

But then he made the song rednecks. Which is a song that isn't the pile of crap I initially thought it was. As a matter of fact sometime, I might force myself to listen to the whole album that it is on. This song kinda grew on me lol.

But with that song, it makes fun of racist rednecks. But it also makes fun of people who make fun of racist rednecks.

So he's saying, with the first song that kind of prejudice wouldn't exist. But with the other song, he's saying that that kind of prejudice could exist.
