John Derek plays a hitchhiker in the desert-noir Nightmare in the Sun (1965), the earlier of only two theatrical movies directed by actor Marc Lawrence. Derek is picked up by femme fatale Ursula Andress who, unfortunately, is married to jealous and brutal sheriff Aldo Ray. Not bad, but all the principals I have named had seen better days, so a bit tired.
