I think Rihanna have some good songs, but i have never been into Beyonce as a solo artist.
I did like Destiny's Child back in the days, but i have not listened to them in probably 20 years.

I don't seek them out but I've heard it before at parties or social gatherings. Both can sing but it's just not my thing.

Rhianna - absolutely! I became an instant fan of hers when I heard Pon De Replay. This was LONG before she became a household name.
I remember exactly where I was when I heard her song "S&M" for the first time. I was just leaving Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga, Ontario (part of greater Toronto area). It was announced that that song was coming up.
I thought....this is the song that the UK refuses to play.
It was catchy! Needless to say, I downloaded it from iTunes for my music library.
Then, it was announced that there was a remix of the song featuring Britney Spears.
I downloaded that one, too!
Beyonce - not as much. There were a couple of songs of here that are catchy - "Crazy In Love" and "Naughty Girl" - to be exact.

Rihanna - I thoroughly enjoyed her music from her debut to Anti.
Beyonce - The music that she's putting out now since "BEYONCE" just never appealed to me that much, aside from a few singles. Just can't get into it. 🤷🏾♀️I think her last good album was "4", IMO.
