I voted no, because technically I just like alternate camera angles after a play, yet I really don't need it to scrutinize, rather just for my enjoyment.

With DVR, we can do our own instant replay now, but for the sake of argument, while either is unimaginable now, I think sports without instant replay would be much worse than sports without graphics.

If that’s considered a contemporary innovation, then I voted no.
I’d much rather watch a football game without instant replay than watch one in grainy black and white.
