Been binge watching this over the last couple of weeks. Now up to s05e04.
Enjoying it a lot with one caveat:
The scenes outside Westeros (in particular with Daenerys, her flunkies, her ex-slave army and the dragons) are UTTER SHITE. I couldn't give a nutty shit for any of those characters.
The show would have been much better without that story line.

More or less agree. Save for a few cool moments (which are basically the same each time they happen), her storyline was stuck in neutral for years.

I even skipped her parts in "Dance of Dragons". But here and there are some good moments....when the dragons are big enough to save the day.

They're setting her up to be the ultimate winner.
Can't be that simple though, right?

It takes until season 6 for her story to get good in my view, towards the end of the season even.
It wasn't bad for parts of season 3 though.

Yeah, you are correct, her story stalled (but not as horribly stalled as Arya's). Funny thing is Danny's story started out the best of all. Her stupid, prissy brother; her marriage to that Darthroki guy...her storyline was the best of the early episodes.
I know the show is returning in a short time, but I have to say....I don't remember a friggin' thing about what's been going on. One guy was turning to stone...that's all I remember. HBO better put together a recap show or something.

Surprised you liked it. Yeah its boring stuff over there across the water. Love Iain Glen's character over there though.

Her story's are ok, especially with what happened lately (won't spoil it for you, but it picked up in s6) For me, Arya's storyline is the one I couldn't give a crap about. Good character, but her storyline is just...meh.
