Slightly surprising that other record labels haven't already made a concerted effort in finding and preserving these recordings.
I suppose it's a combination of the producers mentioned in the article, like Oh No and Adrian Younge, Quentin Tarantino, and even Larry David, whose interest in Italian soundtracks and library music, have helped spur them into action.
Nothing like an outsider's interest to show the true value of what you have.

Some French scores / soundtracks for low budget genre movies have been revived for redistribution too (including on vinyl).
